Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of neatsports.com and all connected products operated by Simeon Kirilov, founder of NeatSports (“NeatSports”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, opening a paid subscription, or otherwise using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What NeatSports provides

NeatSports aggregates football data and produces statistical match-prediction outputs (1X2, Both Teams To Score, Over/Under, most-likely scoreline, value bets) using an in-house ELO + Poisson model. Our content is intended for informational, entertainment, and analytical purposes only.

Predictions are statistical estimates, not guaranteed outcomes. No content on NeatSports constitutes financial, tipping, or gambling advice, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to place a bet. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the data we publish.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account or purchase a subscription. Where applicable local law restricts access to gambling-adjacent content, you are responsible for ensuring your use of NeatSports is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your password secret and your contact email up to date.
  • You must not share access to a paid account, automate scraping, or attempt to circumvent the rate limits / paywall.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, attempt to defraud the payment system, or abuse other users.

4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown on the Pricing page (monthly or annually).
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from My Account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • EU/UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless you have already consumed substantial digital content during that window (in which case the right is waived).
  • Refunds outside the statutory window are made at our discretion. Contact us via our contact page within 14 days of the relevant charge.
  • We may adjust pricing for future billing cycles with at least 30 days’ notice by email.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or republish our prediction data or REST API responses without a written commercial licence.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the model or extract proprietary scoring weights.
  • Send automated traffic that exceeds the documented rate limits, or otherwise attempt to overwhelm the service.
  • Use NeatSports in connection with any unlawful activity, including in jurisdictions where statistical sports content is restricted.

6. Intellectual property

All site code, copy, branding, and the in-house ELO + Poisson model belong to NeatSports / Simeon Kirilov. Underlying match data is licensed from Sportmonks and remains the property of its respective rights-holders. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the site for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that match data will be free from errors, that predictions will hit at any particular rate, or that the site will be uninterrupted. Live data feeds depend on third-party providers and may lag, drop, or contain inaccuracies. Use predictions and odds-related content responsibly; if you are at risk of gambling harm, please contact a support service such as BeGambleAware or your local equivalent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NeatSports’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost wagers, or lost data.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from My Account → Account Privacy. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability cap, governing law) will continue in force.

10. Changes to the service or Terms

We may revise these Terms or alter the feature set at any time. For material changes we will email subscribers and post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Malta, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
